Tilt Bar
Traditional Style shutters by Vinyl-Tek are operated by the
newest tilt bar technology in the marketplace to date.
Vinyl-Teks engineering department developed a Lego like snap
together system allowing ease of operation and maintenance. Our
technologically advanced machinery allows us to locate the tilt
bar front center or front hinge side on the shutter.
Open-view
Open-view Shutters by Vinyl-Tek is an innovative style that
eliminates the tilt bar from the front of the shutter for a
contemporary look. Open-view Shutters are operated by a
connecting rod at the rear hinge side of the shutter. Adjusting
any louver manipulates the entire panel by a touch of a finger.
When the Open-view style shutter is in the closed position it
creates a clean, finished look.
Catchless Receiver
Vinyl-Tek has an innovative frame system. All 4-sided frames
are accompanied by catchless receiver frames which eliminates
the use of magnets.
Decorative Stiles
Vinyl-Tek is proud to introduce the first decorative stile
shutter on the market today!
The Decorative stile has an attractive shape that complements
any window trim or shutter frame.
Frames
Your choice of three frame styles L, Z, and
Casing Frames are pre-drilled and hinged for quick
installation.
Separating Hinges
Separating hinges a 2 part hinge re-moveable system allows
easy accessibility to windows.
2 louver sizes
2 ½ (California) & 3 ½ (Plantation) with an internal web
design for increased strength.
Flush louver end caps
With the flush louver end caps it eliminates seams.
Stile Reinforcements
Injection molded fiberglass for increased column strength,
it is stronger and lighter than aluminum.
